The 19th republican fashion competition-festival for young designers "Avangardas 2025", which will be held in Birštonas on April 5, will bring together the most talented creators aged 11–19 from all over Lithuania.
This year's festival theme is inspired by the work of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis, so the young designers will reveal their own interpretations of the artist's visions through colors, shapes, and symbols in their works.
The audience is waiting for more than 30 bold and unexpected collections, which will combine experiments, artistic vision and innovative solutions. The festival will also present an exhibition of works of art from Kaunas Art Gymnasium and Birštonas Art School "Inspired by Čiurlionis", in which young artists will express their creative quests.
The event will culminate with an awards ceremony, where the best collections will be announced, judged by fashion designers, artists and creative professionals. "Avangardas" provides a space for young creators to boldly experiment, search for their own style and express their attitude towards fashion through their creativity.
