The 25th Adult Learning Week of the Lithuanian Adult Education Association (ALŠA) and the 6th action of the association "Window to the Future" invite adults to learn and celebrate the deaf festival. The idea of the events was proposed by LSŠA, based on the 18th century. with the philosophical reasoning of the German philosopher Immanuel Kant, whose 300th anniversary is being celebrated.
