about
The revival of traditions is most important in families, because they need them the most. For the 24th time in spring, the Sacral Museum invites you to experience the creative joy of the Easter symbol - the egg.
The exhibition will feature 83 eggs from the museum's collection, created by Angelė Rauktienė, Audronė Lampickienė, Stanislova Dikšienė, Vitenė Repšienė, Rita Juodvalkytė, Dana Karalienė, Vida Jaruševičiūtė, and Aldona Andriuškevičienė.
The creators live in various regions of Lithuania. An open workshop on hot wax printing will be held during the exhibition. An Easter egg inscribed with archetypal symbols is a Christian tradition that has survived in many nations.
