Premiere ! Singers Oneida Kunsunga and Liepa Mondeikaitė present a new musical project "Music Stars".

Two well-known stars of the Lithuanian scene - Oneida Kunsunga and Liepa Mondeikaitė join forces for a joint musical project. At the end of autumn, the singers will invite listeners to chamber concerts of world-popular works "Muzikos žvaigdės".

The upcoming shows will feature songs by such bands and artists as Elton John, Queen, AC/DC, The Beatles, Madonna, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Michael Jackson and others. These artists and their hits are considered classics and are still very popular because their music has a universal quality that manages to unite people regardless of their cultural, linguistic or religious differences. The performers have no doubt that the works loved by everyone will take the listeners to beautiful memories, sweet moments of the past and will be a great opportunity to talk about music that heals, protects and unites people.

Acoustic concerts, in which the talented pianist Giedrius Nakas and guitar virtuoso Jurgis Sakalauskas will support the singers, will allow the listeners to once again see why the songs played here have conquered everyone's hearts, are loved and never get bored for decades.

"Often we cover the music with arrangements, beautiful arrangements, and this concert will be completely different. Here, well-known songs will sound different, naked - only words and wonderful melodies will be heard. I am very happy that it was Oneida and I who were lucky enough to create such a project. I know very well that both of us will take from that music and reveal the most beautiful things in other colors, we will feel every note, every word, we will tell hidden stories", says Liepa.

"We will perform songs well known to everyone and important to us in one way or another, so everyone, listening to one or another piece, will remember life events related to it or simply admire familiar melodies," Oneida is confident. "These concerts will be like a time machine for emotions, feelings, experiences, memories or associations."

The singers assure that there is no one who does not know the works played at this concert. According to Liepa, each song is thought out, thought about why it was chosen and why it should be played here.

"At the same time, the concert will also be a story about how those works changed the world of music and people's thinking. Music is one of those things that changes people, changes the world and has a huge impact on all of us."

"Liepa and I share a love for music, and we want to share that love with our listeners," says Oneida.
