about
We look forward to seeing you on August 22. on Thursday at 18:00 to the presentation of the book for families by the writer, Doctor of Social Sciences Gediminas Beresnevičius "Sukurk Kroodila". We will also discuss how and what creative challenges can explode the walls of the inner prison and release creativity. In the creative workshop "Unleash Creativity", the exercises presented in the book will be tested in practice, helping to create your own croodils, gain creative strength, and grow the "muscles" of creativity, which are needed not only when studying, working, but also in everyday activities.
Both children and adults will have the opportunity to look at themselves and their environment with new eyes, feel, maybe even discover the treasures of creativity hidden inside.
Gediminas Beresnevičius is one of the pioneers of the fan fiction movement in Lithuania, organizer of fantasy conventions, creative camps, competitions, editor and publisher of amateur publications, compiler of collections of Lithuanian fantasy works, doctor of social sciences and author of scientific works.

Works at the Lithuanian non-formal education agency. He teaches the subject dedicated to the development of creativity at the Faculty of Communication of Vilnius University.
Writer, scientist about himself:
"I was born in Telšiai. I lived there for just 10 years. But that was enough to form a Žemaitian character, which helped and still helps to implement long-term ideas. Well, I think being stubborn and wanting to see things through helps me."
Dr. G. Beresnevičius writes:
"creative imagination is the ability to create new images. It allows you to see the invisible, to create what does not exist, to foresee what may be. Human creative imagination should be thanked for everything we have today and what we will have tomorrow.
The importance of creativity is obvious: if human ancestors had not had the ability to create, our civilization would not have existed. The need to develop children's creativity is also obvious, I would think. The challenges we face are becoming more complex, and the need for new solutions is more urgent."
