Every Sunday from July to October. we invite all nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts to join the fun and relaxing swims in the Verkne river.
Program:
At 10:30 we meet at the Birštonas resort, where it will take place for 30 minutes. duration sightseeing tour of the resort in tourist electric cars.
11:30 meeting at the campsite by the Verkne river, where the route and safety instructions will be introduced. You can go with your own transport, or the organizers will take care of it.
12:00 kayaking on the Verkne river, which lasts about 3-4 hours, depending on the water level and weather conditions, as well as capacity. While swimming, you can admire the beautiful natural scenery, the winding river, watch birds and other wildlife. Stops can be planned individually, during which you can rest, have a snack, enjoy the surroundings and chat.
15:00-16:00 end of swimming and return to the campsite, where the participants will find a heated sauna, tea, coffee, and a delicious surprise from Stakliškii.
At the campsite, you can cook your own food, enjoy sunbathing, swim in the river, bask in the sauna, and share your experiences with new acquaintances.
The campsite closes at 19:00.
The price of the whole tour is EUR 45 per person. Pre-registration is required . The tour will take place with the gathering of at least 10 people.
You will receive all additional information after registering and paying the advance fee.
The price includes : Excursion by electric car, kayaks, paddles, vests, transportation to the starting point, sauna, coffee, tea, a tasty surprise from the Stakliškii region, camping infrastructure and listening to Natalija Bunke's concert while riding the bus to the swimming place.
