On Friday, November 15, EGO SPA is hosting a 5-course degustation dinner, during which 5 different champagnes will be matched.
During the evening, sommelier Lukas Adomėnas will tell and let you get acquainted with the history and uniqueness of one of the most famous champagne houses - Veuve Clicquot, as well as 5 different champagnes. You will learn how Madame Clicquot's influence changed the history of champagne. Meanwhile, our chef Erik Janerik and his team will prepare 5 special dishes that will best match the presented champagne and create an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
