The colonel needs to show his abilities. He repeatedly caused war in different countries by order or order. But now that his followers have started a war in his country, he no longer wants to fight. He is old and tired. He just wants to go out with honor and remain a hero for future generations. And most of all, the colonel wants a home where he can sit at the table with his family, eat lamb ribs steaming in a pot and watch the innocent TV screen.
"There will be no flood" is a visual epic based on the personal experience of director Marat Sargsyan, which sensitively reveals the fatigue and meaninglessness of war. Actor Valentinas Masalskis played the main role.
The world premiere of the film took place at the Venice Film Festival.
