about

I am a YOGI - certified teacher of yoga, meditation philosophy and therapy, practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism. Yoga is a way of life for me, a journey I've been on for five years now. Having discovered what real yoga is, its unfathomable benefits and depth, I feel an obligation to share the knowledge with everyone who is close to the philosophy of yoga.
Yoga is a universal, millennia-old educational system that develops the body, mind, intellect and spirit. This is an amazing tool for everyone. Thanks to yoga, we can train the body, develop concentration and balance, as well as calm the mind, regain inner peace, balance emotions and feel harmony.
Today's life is full of stress, tension, nervousness and hurry. By practicing yoga, we can feel calmer, sleep improves significantly, we have more energy, strength and vitality.
During classes:
We will get to know the philosophy of yoga
We will practice Hatha Vinyasa, YIN yoga
We will perform breathing exercises using different techniques
We will calm the mind and deepen concentration through meditation
We will relax the muscles in a deep relaxation pose - Shavasana.

HATHA VINYASA YOGA is a synthesis of two types of yoga, where Hatha yoga asanas are combined in dynamic sequences. The movement is combined with the breath by performing pauses. Attention and concentration are trained.

YIN YOGA is a passive and slow yoga practice that relaxes body muscles, releases tension, improves the flexibility of ligaments, fascia, tissues, and joints, and restores their moisture. During YIN yoga practices, we learn to notice muscle tension in the body and relax them, reduce fatigue. In YIN yoga, asanas are held for 2-7 minutes.

Why is it WORTH ATTENDING classes?
Physical and mental balance. Yoga and meditation help balance both body and mind. Yoga exercises (asanas) calm the mind, strengthen the nervous system, massage the internal organs, strengthen the body, help it become more flexible, healthier. Meditation also calms the mind, improves concentration, reduces stress and improves general emotional well-being.
Improving health. Regular practice is very important in yoga. Regular practice of yoga can improve your physical condition: lowers blood pressure, improves heart function, strengthens the immune system, improves balance and coordination, and improves endurance.
Concentration: Classes can help you focus better in daily activities, be more attentive, and provide energy for the whole day.
Emotional stability. Yoga and meditation practices help you understand your emotions, their causes and balance them, and at the same time develop inner peace. By practicing yoga, we become calmer, at peace with ourselves and others.
Spiritual growth: Yoga and meditation teachings allow you to know yourself better and encourage you to grow spiritually. Thanks to the practitioners, we become more aware, our ego decreases. The science of Raja Yoga shows how one can live a fulfilling, happy and meaningful life not only for oneself, but also for others.
