European cuisine dominates in menu of Moon restaurant located in Vytautas mineral SPA Complex. We pay great attention to cooking. We use seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on organic farms (berries, potatoes, peas, currants, cabbage, buckwheat, etc.). Vegetables and fruits, meat, dairy products are delivered specifically by the order of the kitchen team. We bake our own bread (our recommendation: gray bread with watermelon seeds and white bread with carrots), pickled vegetables, smoked or fried meat and fish, steamed chicken. During warm season the menu is complemented by ice creams and light desserts which are cooked on the spot. Using ecological stock we cook healthy and balanced food which suits vegans, vegetarians, athletes and, of course, everyone who comes to rest and rejuvenate.
