Sanatorium "Versmė" won the international "Innovative medical spa" award

Returning to Lithuania after 15 years, the event brought together the leaders of the wellness industry, the resort community, politicians, sanatorium and spa specialists, and doctors. The trends and innovations of the European balneology, sanatorium spa treatment and wellness sector were discussed at the congress. During the congress, the prestigious annual ESPA Innovation Awards were also held, which recognize the achievements of participants in the European health and spa sector, improving the activities of these companies and improving the quality of sanatorium treatment and helping to spread positive experiences.

We are happy to announce that AB Birštonas Sanatorium "Versmė" won the prestigious "Innovative Medical Spa" award at the awards ceremony. The sanatorium earned this recognition for the digital system "INOSPA Hotel&Medical" implemented in the sanatorium's activities, with the help of which the processes of guest accommodation, provision of medical procedures, accounting and document signing are optimized. Sanatorija "Versmė" based on its many years of experience and in cooperation with its IT partner UAB "Inostartas", developed, adapted and installed this system in order to improve customer experience and ensure the highest quality of services.

Receiving the award, the director of the sanatorium, Rasa Noreikienė, thanked the entire team and emphasized that despite the difficult circumstances, this project was implemented only thanks to the joint efforts of the team, and this award is an appreciation of those efforts.
